Shipping Policy

At Sarah Valley, every piece is handmade to order in our London workshop and shipped with care to customers across the UK and worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when placing your order.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value as follows:

Shipping cost = £35 + 1.5% of the product value

For example, on an order of £195, the shipping cost would be £35 + £2.93 = £37.93. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Please note: Sarah Valley does not offer free shipping. Any reference to free delivery displayed by third-party platforms does not reflect our current shipping policy.

2. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Our main delivery destinations include:

• United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
• Europe (including the Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more)
• United States of America
• UAE
• Rest of the World – contact us at contact@sarahvalley.co.uk if you are unsure whether we ship to your country

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are handmade to order and dispatched from our UK workshop. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK orders: approximately 8–9 working days from the date of order
• Europe: approximately 10–14 working days
• USA & Rest of World: approximately 12–18 working days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing for international orders, or busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

4. Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Special Delivery Tracked and Signed service. This means:

• Your parcel is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery
• A signature is required upon delivery
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery

 

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an international order.

6. Packaging

Every Sarah Valley order is carefully packed and dispatched in our signature Sarah Valley gift packaging, making it ready to give as a gift upon arrival.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@sarahvalley.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Please note that international parcels can occasionally be delayed by customs, and we ask that you allow a few extra days before raising a concern.
